Free Trial Not Working – Cooldown on First Attempt

I’m currently trying to evaluate your product, but I’m facing a serious issue right at the first step.

I’m unable to start the free 10-minute session at all. Even on my very first attempt, I immediately see a cooldown message asking me to wait several hours, despite the fact that I have never used any session before.

I tested this with multiple accounts, both on the web dashboard and the desktop app, and the result is always the same.

Additionally, I contacted support multiple times and only received automated replies, without any actual response or help.

At this point, without even being able to test the basic free session, the product unfortunately feels unreliable. It’s difficult to trust and proceed with payment when the onboarding itself does not work and support is unresponsive.

I have a few simple questions that I would really appreciate clear answers to:

  • Is the free 10-minute session actually available, and under what conditions?

  • Why am I seeing a cooldown without ever starting a session?

  • Are credits deducted per session or based on actual usage time?

I’m genuinely interested in your product and would consider using it for myself and potentially recommending it to my clients, but at the moment I’m unable to properly evaluate it.

Could someone please look into this issue and enable access to the free session or clarify what’s happening?
