Facing multiple issues

Hi Team,

I am writing to report multiple recurring issues I have been facing while using your application during interviews. During live interview sessions, the tool frequently fails to provide any responses or answers when needed. Additionally, when I share my screen, the other participant occasionally hears duplicated or echoing audio.

Even in cases where responses are generated, there are noticeable delays, and at times the answers are not relevant or timely enough for a live interview setting. These issues do not occur every single time, but they happen frequently enough to significantly disrupt the interview process and impact my performance.

The issues persist intermittently, making it difficult to rely on the tool during critical situations such as interviews.

I purchased the plan with high expectations; however, the product has not met those expectations and has not worked reliably for me. Due to these ongoing technical difficulties, it has also impacted my ability to perform effectively in interviews.
