FACING HUGE BUG

When giving the interview, it stops listening to the intervier then everything stops. Only nothing in the transcript. Please tell how I can fix what I have done, one thing that was recommended in your support. These steps have already been done

these steps:

1. Open System Settings

2. Go to Privacy & Security

3. Find permissions: Screen & System Audio Recording

If pmodule is not allowed or not visible:

1. Click "+" below Screen & System Audio Recordings

2. Select pmodule and add it

If pmodule is already visible and allowed, but permissions are still not working:

1. Select pmodule (highlight it)

2. Click "-" to remove it

3. Add pmodule again as above
