Extend Free Trial to 2 Hours for Proper Evaluation Before Purchase

I recently installed the Parakeet AI desktop application and wanted to test it thoroughly before my upcoming interview. However, I found that only 10 minutes of free usage are provided, which is far too limited to properly evaluate the software's capabilities. As a result, I ended up uninstalling the application without being able to test it at all.

As a potential customer preparing for a real-world use case, I need sufficient time to explore the features, test accuracy, and assess whether the product meets my needs before committing to a purchase.

My suggestion: Please offer at least 2 hours of free usage (or a meaningful free trial period) so that users can genuinely evaluate the product. This is a common and fair practice among software tools and would significantly improve user trust and conversion rates.

With only 10 minutes available, it is simply not possible to make an informed purchase decision. When users uninstall without testing, the company loses potential paying customers — something that is easily avoidable with a longer free trial. I hope the team considers this feedback seriously.
