Error message not letting me purchase credits

Hello,

I’m currently experiencing an issue when trying to purchase credits on your platform. Each time I attempt to complete the purchase, I receive the following error message:

Payment Error: PEEPEEPOOPOO

I was previously able to purchase credits, but the transaction did not fully go through when I attempted to use them. Now, I’m unable to purchase any credits at all.

Could you please assist in resolving this issue as soon as possible?
