Error

Hello,

I have problem with my account. I use 0.5 credit yesterday for 20 mins. But, my session was read as 1 credit. Also, I had an interview. When I tried to start session just before my interview start time, It didn’t initiate session. I tried multiple times, it didn’t work. I had to give interview on my own. Hope you could help me with first issue and fix the bug for both issues
