I faced a payment issue while purchasing interview credits. The first transaction showed as declined, so I retried the payment. However, both transactions got processed, and I was charged twice.

Date: April 6, 2026
Amount: ₹3,749.50 (charged twice)
Payment method: Stripe
This looks like a system/payment flow issue where failed transactions are still being captured.
Requesting support to:
Refund one of the duplicate charges
Review the payment flow to avoid similar issues for others
