Document upload limit still active after 30-day period has passed

Hi Parakeet.ai Team,

I’m receiving the following error when trying to upload a new document:

“Failed to process ‘file.md’. You’ve reached the limit of 100 documents every 30 days. You’ll be able to create another document around August 13, 2026 at 4:42 PM.”

I originally uploaded a large number of documents on July 22, 2026, and was expecting the 30-day document limit to become available again around August 5, 2026. (i purchased the annual subscription on July 5th)

Today is August 10, 2026, so more than 30 days has not actually passed since July 22, but the system's displayed reset date of August 13 seems inconsistent with the date I started uploading the documents.

Could you please clarify how the 100-document/30-day limit is calculated? Is it based on a rolling 30-day period from each individual document upload, rather than resetting 30 days after the initial batch?

I would also appreciate it if you could check whether the displayed reset date (August 13, 2026) is correct.
