Disappointing

Worst worst worst app i have ever invested into. Very disappointing experience.

I purchased credits after a successful free trial and still have unused credits remaining. However, when I tried to use them yesterday, the app would not allow me to create a session at all. I’ve tried multiple times, and nothing works. I have been trying to get it to work since 2 days now and at the end got stood up in my interview.

Made account with another email but same issue cannot even use free trial over there.

It’s frustrating to pay for a service and then be unable to use it. This needs to be fixed immediately, or refunds should be issued for unused credits.

Right now, the app feels unreliable and not worth the money.
