Desktop app Mac - Frustrated with Voice Recognition Failure During Call

The AI completely failed to understand speech. Instead of a functioning conversation, the system kept repeating that it couldn't recognize anything and kept offering "standard responses." No matter how many times I tried or what I clicked, nothing changed. I spent 10 agonizing minutes trying to make it work, struggling with the interface, but the AI remained useless. I eventually had to shut it down in complete frustration. This is a total failure of the product I expected to work. I wasted my time and lost a potential opportunity because of your technical incompetence. I expect a detailed explanation of why this happened and what you are going to do to compensate for this disastrous experience.
