Desktop App freezes and cost me an extra 0.5 credit.

I am writing to report an issue I encountered during a recent interview session on your platform. I had purchased 3 credits (0.5 credits per 30 minutes). During my session, I used 1.5 credits as expected. However, while ending the session, the β€œEnd” action was not responding on my desktop despite multiple attempts.

Due to this technical issue, an additional 0.5 credit was deducted from my account unintentionally, even though I was trying to close the session.

I would also like to mention that I am currently a student and not earning, so these credits are quite expensive for me. Losing credits due to a technical issue is difficult for me to afford. I kindly request you to consider my situation and process a refund of the extra 0.5 credit.
