Delayed in AI response via BOT

I would like to express my displeasure while using Parakeet AI bot during interviews. FYI - I have purchased 1 year plan. During the ongoing interview when the speaker asks any question the AI bot takes a toll while providing relevant response which puts a very strong negative impression during the interview. Also many times the AI goes haywire and provides incorrect responses for the questions asked. Need to improve the BOT more. Also, why does it always recemmends to use GPT 4.0 Regardless of better and upgraded versions of ChatGPT (like 5.2). Train the bot more to improvise and use latest knowledge
