Despite completing the purchase, I encountered repeated technical errors while attempting to use the service. The platform failed to deliver the promised functionality, and the experience has been unsatisfactory. Following this, I received only a partial refund of 0.5 credit, which is neither adequate nor acceptable. I would like to highlight that your platform clearly advertises a “30-Day Money Back Guarantee”. As I have not been able to meaningfully utilize the purchased credits and all 3 credits remain effectively unused, I am formally requesting a full refund of the amount paid (₹1,987.50). Under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India), failure to provide promised services or deficiency in service entitles the consumer to a refund. Additionally, partial and non-transparent resolution without proper support communication may also be considered an unfair trade practice. I have also experienced a lack of timely and adequate response from your support team, which is concerning. I request you to: Process a full refund within 7 working days, and Confirm the same via email. Please note that I am seeking an amicable resolution. However, if this issue is not resolved within the above timeframe, I may be compelled to escalate the matter through appropriate consumer grievance forums, including the National Consumer Helpline and other legal channels.
