I would like to share some genuine feedback based on my interview experience while using Parakeet. I believe these improvements would provide a much better experience for users.
1. Credit Usage Should Be Minute-Based
Currently, credits are deducted in 30-minute blocks. For example:
One of my interviews lasted only 12 minutes, but 0.5 credit was deducted.
Another interview lasted around 40 minutes, and 1 full credit was deducted.
It would be much fairer if credits were charged per minute instead of fixed 30-minute intervals. This would benefit customers and make the pricing feel more transparent.
