I recently completed an interview that lasted less than 30 minutes, which should have utilized only 0.5 credits. However, my account was charged a full 1.0 credit instead. This is now the third time this error has occurred with my subscription.
As a loyal subscriber, I find this very disappointing. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and help me recover the incorrectly deducted credits. Please ensure that this issue is resolved so it does not happen again in the future.
