Credit Lost Due to Session Bug – Request for Refund

I recently purchased 3 credits on ParakeetAI. While starting a session, a bug occurred and the session did not start properly. Because of this issue, 1 credit was deducted even though the session did not run.

So far, I have only used 0.5 credit, but due to this bug I lost 1 extra credit unexpectedly.

I kindly request you to check the issue and refund the 1 credit to my account.
