I am writing to report an issue with my account credits and seek urgent assistance.
I purchased my last credit on 13th March, and the last time I used the service was on 27th March. At that time, I had approximately 2.5 credits remaining, and I logged out without using even 15 minutes of additional usage.
However, upon logging in today, my account shows a 0 balance. In addition, I have noticed that the recharge price has increased.
This unexpected loss of credits is concerning, and I kindly request your assistance in reviewing my account and restoring the missing credits or clarifying what may have happened.
