Buying Credits Issue

Hi, I am logged into my Parakeet account and trying to purchase credits. At checkout, I receive the message, ‘You do not have permission to do that.’ I have already logged out and back in and tried another browser. Could you please check whether purchasing credits is enabled for my account?
