Billing Issue – Incorrect Plan Selection During Checkout ($29.50 Plan Redirecting to $59)

Dear Support Team,

I am trying to purchase the Basic plan ($29.50), but during checkout I am consistently redirected to the $59.00 plan instead.

Issue:

• Selected: Basic plan ($29.50)

• At checkout: Automatically switches to $59.00 plan

Steps:

1. Select Basic plan on pricing page

2. Click “Get Credits”

3. Proceed to checkout

4. Plan changes to $59.00

This prevents me from completing the intended purchase. Screenshots are attached for reference.

Please advise on a fix or workaround.
