I am using a MacBook M1 (macOS), and I am facing serious issues with the application during interviews.
The auto-generated answers feature is not working at all, even though everything is properly set up and updated on my side. Because of this, I had to answer questions manually, which defeats the purpose of using the product.
Additionally, during coding interviews when I shared my screen, the screen sharing stopped automatically multiple times without any action from me. This caused interruptions and negatively impacted my interviews.
Due to these issues:
Auto-generated answers are not appearing
Screen sharing is unstable and disconnecting automatically
I lost multiple interview opportunities
I also lost 2 credits without being able to use them properly
I have already ensured that I am on the latest version of the desktop app and that all permissions are correctly enabled.
This issue needs urgent attention, and I strongly request a fix, along with compensation (refund or credit restoration) for the loss caused.
