During the session, the application failed to capture or display any of the interviewer’s questions or responses. It did not record my answers either. The application became unresponsive, and I had to restart it multiple times. I also attempted to create several new sessions, but none of them functioned properly.
The interview was conducted through a Microsoft Teams link, which I opened in my browser. Unfortunately, due to these technical issues, the interview could not be completed successfully. If you review the session transcript, you will notice that it lasted a significant amount of time but contains no recorded questions or answers.
Given that I am paying a high subscription fee for this service, and the application failed to perform its core function, I kindly request a refund. The tool did not meet its intended purpose in a critical moment.
