I faced a serious issue while trying to use ParakeetAI. The platform repeatedly displayed the error: "Application error: a server-side exception has occurred while loading parakeetAI.com. See the server logs for more information."

I attempted to log in several times using the browser version on Chrome. On each attempt, the system either failed to respond or returned an "Internal Server Error (500)." I tried reconnecting 3–4 times, but the issue persisted.
