I faced a major issue with the desktop app during a live interview. The app suddenly froze completely, and I couldn’t click on anything—not even basic options like “AI Answer” or “Analyze Screen.”
This happened at a critical moment while I was actively using the tool, and it directly impacted my interview performance. I had to continue without any support, which defeats the entire purpose of using this app.
What’s more frustrating is that this seems to be a known issue (as seen in other reports), yet it still occurred during such a high-stakes situation.
This kind of failure during a live interview is unacceptable. Reliability is the most important thing for a tool like this, and right now it doesn’t feel dependable.
I would really like to know:
Why this is still happening
What steps are being taken to fix it permanently
And how you plan to prevent such issues in real-time scenarios
This experience has been extremely disappointing.
