App fails to open on Windows

Issue: The Parakeet AI app does not open at all on my Windows machine. When I click the icon, nothing happens (no window, no error message).

System:

• OS: Windows [10/11] (build version)

• App version: [3.9.11]

Steps to reproduce:

1. Double-click the app shortcut

2. App fails to launch
