Another Device logged into your account

Hi,
I am experiencing this difficulties since a month now and I am unable to use Parakeet AI service as I am always getting error “Another device logged into your account. You will be logged out in xx seconds“ even though I am using it just on my laptop. Also, I have cleared all browsing history and uninstalled pmodule installed on my windows laptop. Please help to resolve this ASAP.
