AI Stopped giving answers in Interview

The interview session began normally but stopped functioning after the first question. Although the tool appeared active, it failed to recognize subsequent interviewer questions and did not generate relevant answers. Using the “answer” button produced unrelated responses instead of addressing the actual questions. Due to this technical issue, the interview was disrupted, and one credit was deducted despite the service not working as expected.
