I recently purchased a premium subscription and scheduled a call for today. During the session, the call starts normally, but after about 15 minutes, it consistently ends unexpectedly. Even before it disconnects, my interviewer is still speaking, but the system stops generating responses and shows an “AI error” message stating that the call has already ended.
This issue is happening repeatedly, and I’m unable to continue my sessions properly. Since I just subscribed, this is quite concerning.
Could you please look into this urgently and let me know why this is happening? Also, please guide me on how to fix this issue or help me resume the session without interruptions.
