My first day and only watching the videos so far.

What I didn't like immediately 30 minutes blocks. Many interviews are 30 minutes with some minutes and using immediately extra ½ credit for 5-10 minutes is a punishment. Consider 30 minutes as minimum but extension any time so 20 min call is charged as 30 minutes now ½ credit as now. Bur 40 minutes call will be charged as just 40 minutes. Please, think.
